Visit 3- The World Famous Comfort Cafe little Abbington Cambridge- 29/10/2013

We arrived at the world famous cafe with high expectation, but soon realised that it must be a self proclaimed world famous location for breakfasts. The addition of bubble and squeak to the classic breakfast in replacement of the more common hash brown, was a pleasant surprise, but this alone failed to justify its status as world famous in our eyes. That being said breakfast was a fairly pleasant experience here although a bit pricey at £5.85 for breakfast however the food was of a good quality.

Visit 2- Get Stuffed cafe rugby- 28/10/2013

We stumbled this hidden gem by mistake having come off the M6 at what didn't turn out to be the wrong junction. As we were just about to cross the road and subject ourselves to a breakfast sub from subway we fortunately spotted Get Stuffed unremarkable from outside the limited seating inside, the cafe majors on value. The small breakfast for £1.99 is remarkably good value for food of this quality. while the majority of the breakfast was pre-cooked, eggs were cooked to order. service with a smile throughout a really positive experience.

Visit 1 - Tesco's Extra Fulbourn Cambridge - 8/10/2013

Having struggled to find the cafe which is tucked away in the corner of the store we climbed the stairs in anticipation to be met by a fairly standard Tesco environment. The £3.99 breakfast seemed like good value but were dismayed to find that there was a very strict no substitutions allowed policy, when we enquired about this our request was met with a very curt reply. The pre-cooked food was generally as expected, but in genral the visit left us as sad looking as the pre-cooked egg on or plate.
